One night when Blackjak was out looking for female company he met the woman who was known only as Scandal. Scandal herself was out looking for Blackjak. She heard Blackjak was the best and wanted to join his team the Regulators. Blackjak liked her and after taking her on a job, she was accepted into the team.
Besides being Blackjak's girlfriend, she also slept with Arson, who was feeling neglected of sexual pleasures since his horrible accident. After having sex with Arson, she saw a news report about the discovery of the Gordian Atom in the Ecuadorian Andes as a potential energy weapon.
