In prison for killing 11 heroes with his power suit known as Slaughterhouse. He was freed by Widowmaker and Doctor Chimera to help kill Dynamo 5. He managed with Dr. Chimera's help to fool the hero Quake and stomp on his legs so hard that Quake may not be able to walk again. Scattermind attempted to take him out with his psychic powers but was so overwhelmed by Lipinski's evil minds cape that it drove him to vomit. Scrap after managing to find a weakness in his armor, pealed him out. Lipinski begged for mercy knowing if Scrap hit him he would die. Scrap slapped him to unconsciousness and he was returned to prison.
