While the character is code-named Spartan X, and is attributed to be part of the Spartan X franchise, where Jackie Chan stared in the movie named "Wheels on Meals" (Spartan X in Japan) as Thomas; the character in the comic is however named Jackie, and acts more like the character from Jackie Chan movie "Armour of God", down to the trademark chewing-gum toss to the mouth, and the alternate covers are photos from the "Armour of God" movies.
