Tsukumari runs the Chimera agency, as acting director. This agency hunts singularities. He is a former acquaintance of Gray, he knew her as a special division private.

He shows up at Gray's house to talk to her but she’s absent. He meets Vince and asks him to tell Gray to keep a low profile. Two murders have just taken place, and the people killed have been drained of blood. He knows that this is not Gray's way of doing things and he wants to avoid the authorities considering her as a suspect. Before leaving he will ask Vince to tell Gray that he is still looking for her.

Tsukumari will die a few hours later, killed by the Roggenwolf.
