Thunder War
In the Marvel universe, the Norse god Thor confirms that Hadad is the eldest of Earth's Storm Gods. While Thor's father Odin was a relatively young god in 1,000,000 B.C., Hadad is confirmed to be 1 billion years in age. A being of great cosmic power and malevolence, Hadad was contained by The One Above All. However Thor warns the Omega mutant Storm that Earth's Storm Gods have sensed his return in the near future, and a civil war is emerging among them known as the Thunder War between those who seek to stop Hadad's return and those who welcome it.
