Feng Po is the Chinese God of Wind, or so he seems to believe. He has great wind powers seemingly created by alien technology that has been developed by the Chinese government. How his creators obtained this technology is yet unknown.
When Feng Po attacked mainland China, he was met in battle by the Immortal Man in Darkness, who was able to defeat the "God." He was taken for study by the government and it is unknown if he survived the attack.
