Long time enemy to Fu Manchu. In 1911 he was an agent of British Government (MI-6 section) and founder to Freelance Restorations in the Marvel Universe.
For forty years he fought him, first with Doctor Petrie and then others, as the western government united behind Sir Denis Nayland Smith. Always Fu Manchu eluded him, until U.S. agent Tony McCay and him captured a list of every Si-Fan Lodge Master in China, and used it to run him to Earth! Yet, our attack misfired, and Fu Manchu captured us.
He is a character that was created by Sax Rohmer as an arch-enemy of Fu Manchu.
