Rubeus is the first assigned the job to capture the points and the Rabbit (Chibiusa).He first manipulates the 4 phantom sisters and once he lost them he came up with a plan to lure Sailor Moon and Chibiusa to his ship. He dies when Chibiusa causes his ship to crash.
