Scarlet Skull
The Scarlet Skull was a mercenary and assassin who allied himself with the Nazi spy mastermind to kill the President of the United States, but was thwarted by Daredevil. His name is not be confused with Marvel's Red Skull during the Golden Age.

The Scarlet Skull is an enemy of Daredevil appearing in Silver Streak Comics #13. published by Lev Gleason.
The Scarlet Skull is given a new lease on life in the a pages of The Liberty Brigade by Thrilling Nostalgia Comics. In his new retcon origin story, his secret identity is Terrance Kemp.
Major Story Arcs
Since the day he was born, Terrance Kemp was neglected by his actress mother and grew to become The Scarlet Skull, a criminal-for-hire and Nazi sympathizer. He inherited none of his mother's looks, his ugly exterior masking an even darker heart. He designed a scarlet skull-shaped mask to help frighten America into submitting to his evil. He has minimal super-powers and has been thwarted by nearly every superhero in America at one time or another, including Daredevil. The Scarlet Skull is a member of Hitler's Aryan Skulls.
