Chaos Nation is perhaps one of the most cruel and unusual villains of the Freedom Machine. He has the power to absorb other humans into himself, thereby becoming a true mass murderer.

Origin
Chaos Nation's strange power allows him to trap civilians into his own body and use them to take damage for him. His form remains the same, the extra bodies cohabit the same space. He can siphon their abilities as well. If he absorbs enough people he can gain extra powers such as heat vision too. Whenever he is attacked, he simply "assigns damage" to one of his victims. Victims that die from taking too much damage are expelled from his body (and remain dead). As one can surmise, Chaos Nation can be an extremely dangerous threat in a populous area. Fighting Chaos Nation is a steep toll of lost lives.
