Torque
Torque is a member of the US Special Forces and on Jax's team. Like Jax later Torque is outfitted with Bionic arms for added strength. Unlike Jax, Torque does not have any biological material left for his arms and is notorious for increaseing the horsepower everytime he has matainece done.
