Ballonacy

During the New York City Thanksgiving parade, Spider-Boy, Christina Xu and Squirrel Girl see Balloon Man handing out balloons. The heroes approach the villain and when Squirrel Girl laughs at his high pitched voice, he attacks them with balloon animals filled with knock out gas.

The pair of heroes defeat the balloon animals but it turns out they were a distraction, giving Balloon Man time to use his Polymer X to make the giant balloon character indestructible. Balloon Man then uses his power to take control of the gas inside and make them into living indestructible giants that start to rampage on New York City.

With the help of Santa Claus, Spider-Boy is able to defeat Balloon Man by destroying his helmet, causing Balloon Man to lose his breath.

Spider-Boy gives Balloon Man helium so he doesn't die, but when Christina and Squirrel come back, Balloon Man wont admit that the real Santa helped Spider-Boy, showing he can be a jerk even in defeat.
