A beautiful rancher's daughter that befriended Lance Temple and was infatuated with his alter ego, the Outlaw Kid. She quickly became interested in his Lance persona too.
Later she became involved in a romantic triangle between Lance and the newcomer villain Jack McDaniels (in Outlaw Kid Volume 2).
When Lance finally showed his identity to the entire town, Belle married him and they had a child together. Their descendants (like Inez Temple) are active in the modern Marvel age.
