Billy was a baby that drank radioactive waste and turned into a huge black monster. Bruce Banner wakes up in a cavern and hears Billy' story from his two little brothers. Discovering Billy eats human flesh, Bruce turns into the Hulk and fights the monster. The cavern collapses and only the Hulk comes out.
