When Madame Monstrosity can't remember creating Spider-Boy she uses the remaining unknown DNA to create Boy-Spider. The new creation has Spider-Boy's feeling and drive but non of his memories from before his creation.

Madame Monstrosity uses this link to send Boy-Spider out into New York City to cause mayhem and frame Spider-Boy for all the crimes.

Creation

Boy-Spider was created by Dan Slott and Paco Medina for their series Spider-Boy. Boy-looks like Spider-Boy in his monster form, and his uniform is the same expect due to Mr. Muttman being color blind the colors are reversed.

Madame Monstrosity creates Boy-Spider with the left over DNA from Experiment #5, which was Spider-Boy. She then has Mr. Muttman make him a costume and she drops him off in New York City to cause chaos.

Boy-Spider gets physic flashes from Spider-Boy, of Spider-Boy watching a movie and arguing with Miles Morales. This causes Boy-Spider retrace Spider-Boy's steps and he tracks down Miles.

The two fight until Spider-Man, Christina Xu and Bailey Briggs show up and stop the fight. Spider-Man and Miles think Boy-Spider is a monster, but Briggs can speak with him and tell him to run off.

Boy-Spider runs back to Madame Monstrosity, Mr. Muttman and Tabitha. There Boy-Spider feels safe in Tabitha's arms and learns that she has his mother's DNA inside of her.

Madame Monstrosity uses Boy-Spider's connection to Spider-Boy to find out where he is hiding and sends Hellifino to capture him and Christina. This upsets Boy-Spider, feeling that he an Spider-Boy are brothers, but Tabitha comforts him.

Later when it is revealed that Madame is using her Humanimals and has no intention of transforming them back, Boy-Spider helps Spider-Boy get the proof he needs to get the other Humanimals on his side.

After Madame is defeated, Spider-Man, informs Spider-Boy that Madame used the last of his DNA to create Boy-Spider and he can't change Spider-BOy back with out destroying Boy-Spider.

For this reason neither Spider-Boy or Boy-Spider can be changed back.

A few days later, Boy-Spider, Hellifino, Cricket and the other Humanimals that were not able to be changed back were at the breakfast table when Spider-Boy and the others returned everyone's memories of Spider-Boy, include his mom, Tabitha.

When Boy-Spider's adopted mother ran from Stillwell Farms, Boy-Spider is visual upset and doesn't know if he will see his mother again.
