Brief History
Like his namesakes and possible relatives John Avery and Victor Avery, Howard Avery is a skinny scientist who wants to bulk up by taking a formula of his own creation. In the case of Howard Avery it makes him a gigantic furry monster which goes on a rampage. Once cured, Howard Avery gives up the formula and goes back to his normal life. Apparently one of the side effects of the formula was immunity from prosecution.
