Carmine Gazzera known as Pittsy differs greatly in the movie than he appears in the comics. He is not the muscular enforcer of Nicky Cavella; he's the out of shape right hand man of Jigsaw who is extremely loyal to his boss. In the movie he is killed by the Punisher shooting him in the head with a shotgun somewhat similar to how he died in the comics.
