Kultron is the Amalgam version of Marvel's Ultron and DC's Kobra.
Kultron was built by Will Magnus to kill metahumans. Kultron once traveled back in time, realizing he could not possibly kill all the metahumans in his time period and attempted to kill all methumans in a past that had less to hunt down. He is made entirely out of adamantium. Kultron is a member of the Sinister Society and later joined forces with Magneto and the Magnetic Men.
