He was involved in the Dark Firebird Contract event, and through his actions of illusion casting and mental tricks, awoke the Dark Firebird persona in Firebird.
He is also know to serve Magneto. Mister Mastermind used his abilities to give the Magnetic Men human appearances that they could transform into at will.
