First issue:
Ultra-Metallo was a "Mighty Robot" and headed straight for Washington DC, Super-Soldier intercepted it over the North Atlantic. They were locked in a Death Grip together and froze in the Atlantic Ocean. Green Skull found Ultra-Metallo in the Atlantic and sent it to Washington where it was revealed it had a K-Bomb inside of it that would blow up when it hit The White House Super-Soldier stop it just in time and saved the day.
