Dr. Kitagowa was a Japanese scientist during World War II, tasked with assisting Dr. Basil Frankenstein in using his ancestor's notes to create an army of reanimated Axis soldiers. Though the pair was successful in using the lab in the reconstructed Castle Frankenstein to raise one specimen , the paid was thwarted by the Invaders. Dr. Kitagowa and Basil Frankenstein were ultimately killed by their own inhuman creation.
