Brief History
Dragoom was an escaped alien prisoner who came to Earth and used his superheated plasma form and related powers to dominate the planet. He formed a cloak of plasma over the Earth which, rather than killing every living thing with the fury of a sun, merely made everything unbearably hot.
A movie maker used five dummies to pretend to be lawmen from Dragoom's homeworld and scared him off.
