Emperor Stote is ruler of the Zn'rx and as such was summoned as their representee at the Meeting of the Galactic Powers. While there, Emperor Stote is absent from the opening meeting. He is later found by Noh-Varr on the bathroom, mortally wounded by shape shifting delegate.
