Origin
Fantomelle is a young girl whom was experimented on by the Weapon X Program. Besides this, she is a master thief. Not much is known about her at this point except for the fact that she has a telepathic link with her pet-fox Culpepper.

Dancing with the Devil
In Los Angeles, Fantomelle and Culpepper attempt to steal the Punisher's T-shirt, which is a success when they find his extra Thunderbolt Red Skull Shirt. In Barcelona, Spain, Fantomelle met with her fence and they're interrupted by Fantomelle's friend when he starts an argument with her. This argument is interrupted by Siphon, when he attacks and throws Fanomelle's friend out the window. When Siphon attacks Fantomelle he 's stopped by X-23 who shoots Siphon's hand clear off.
