During the 1930`s, El Cóndor was a revolutionary freedom fighter that freed the people of Delvadia, South America.
Capitalizing on the legendary name, another man lead the people to rise against the government of Delvadia. Unlike the original Condor, the counterfeit Condor lead the people selfishly for the rewards of conquest, and cared nothing of their cause.
Matt Murdock was in Delvadia with his friend Foggy Nelson visiting one of Foggy's senate friends when he donned his Daredevil persona to confront El Cóndor and his revolutionaries. The fake revolutionary was killed during a fight with Daredevil when the statue of the original El Cóndor crushed him.
