Ginniyeh was a mutant member of the Neyaphem, who served as a soldier under Azazel with several of her half-siblings. She sewed her own eyes shut in order to have better focus with her telepathy. When the Neyaphem came into conflict with the X-Men, she was massively dehydrated by Iceman; this dehydration seemingly killed her, though it was never confirmed.

Ginniyeh was created by Chuck Austen and Philip Tan and made her first appearance in Uncanny X-Men # 429 in 2003.

Powers

Ginniyeh had telepathic abilities which allowed her to do "truth-sifting " - letting her detect lies and read the truth from someone's thoughts. 
Physical morphology allowed her to absorb kinetic assaults and regenerate entire body parts without suffering any pain or loss of activity.
