Origin
Tubby Walsh was a GS-8 clerk who attended a program at Camp Runamuk to "awaken the inner superhero," along with his college buddies. The camp was actually a front for a mad scientist who had invented a device the bestowed superpowers upon whoever it was used on.
Tubby became Girth and along with his friends and NFL Superpro, defeated the scientist.

Girth was created by Buzz Dixon, Jose Delbo, and Mike DeCarlo.
Powers and Abilities
Girth had control of his large stomach, which also seemed to be imbued with superhuman strength.
