Major Story Arcs
When the original Gun-R was kidnapped and killed, Gun-R II was activated. Unlike his predecessor, Gun-R II is a fully artificial being with no biological matter present.
His first mission appears to be when Tiger Division's commander, White Fox, blackmails the American thief Black Cat into helping the team rescue Taegukgi. Taegukgi's body has been psionically possessed by the sadistic Mongdal, and Gun-R II must fight his corrupted teammate while Fox & Cat locate and neutralize Mongdal, freeing Taegukgi.
Gun-R II is part of the team deployed to the streets of Seoul following the death of Doctor Stephen Strange, an event which resulted in dimensional invasions across the globe by numerous demons and foes. Once the latest wave of demons are defeated, Agents of Atlas leader Jimmy Woo alerts the team to another threat in South Korea: a wild, demonic kumiho. When Sword Master breaches Tiger Division's HQ, Gun-R is resistant to the outsider's presence. White Fox orders Tiger Division to stay and defend Seoul while herself and Sword Master investigate. Following the two heroes' confrontation with the corrupted kumiho spirit, Gun-R II is one of the heroes who searches for Lin Lie's body, with no results.
One World Under Doom

After Victor Von Doom announces a state of Pax Victoris, Tiger Division is drafted in defeating a Bulgae while filming a music video for Luna Snow, that includes pro-Doom messaging and lyrics welcoming Doom's "evergreen peace." After nine days of Doom's new emergency response drones, Tiger Division begin to feel redundant and debate the validity of Doom's rule. The team are called to their headquarters, where Chibicorp drones are laying siege courtesy of the Japanese hero Sunfire. Once the drones are destroyed, Director Han uses this as an opportunity to announce Doom's Pan-Asian expansion protocol, revealing Aero, Wave and Karma as Tiger Division's new team members. With the regional alliance comes rebranding, and Tiger Division are renamed Doom's Division, and the team are ordered to aprehend the renegade Sunfire, who defies Doom's world order.
The team follow Director Han's intel to Hokkaido, however the team are betrayed by Wave and Karma who reveal themselves to be allied with Sunfire. The two teams clash and Karma takes possession of Taegukgi who attacks the team, forcing Gun-R to shoot warning blasts at Xuan. In retaliation Sunfire and Wave blast Gun-R II with elemental force, severely damaging his cyborg body. The conflict ends when Taegukgi and Sunfire agree to a ceasefire, however White Fox intervenes and arrests the entire team on behalf of Doom. Gun-R manages to slip past the Doom Division guards and breaks into the Seoul stadium in which Luna is rehearsing for a pro-Doom concert, and bumps into Lady Bright. Together they break into Doom's Division headquarters and free the rest of Tiger Division, before confronting White Fox.
