Harry Phillips became the first male FF foe, without any superpowers, to succeed in defeating Susan Storm. However, Doctor Doom did increase Harry's hearing ability so much using XZ-12 Device that he could hear the blonde girl when she turned invisible.
NOTA: Hence, Peggy McCarthur's defeat of Susan Storm in FF #287 was even more impressive than that of Harry Phillips, as Peggy had no special abilities whatsoever.
