When Loki enlists fellow Young Avenger America Chavez to steal the Armor of Sol from an Asgardian pocket dimension, Hildegarde joins the Warriors Three in apprehending them. America kicks a portal in the ground for herself and Loki to escape but Hildegarde also falls through, and all three are transported to an alternate dimension overrun with zombies. Loki uses the armor's magic to dazzle the zombie horde while Hildegarde and America leap through another portal, but the strain knocks Chavez out. This time the trip falls into the sea off the coast of Weirdworld, unknown soldiers kidnap Loki however Hildegarde manages to protect Chavez and defeats the men. The warrior born is swimming from the battle when she is grabbed and dragged into the depths by a huge sea monster. Defeating it, Hildegarde swims herself and America to the shore where they are captured by soldiers of Weirdworld. The soldiers' queen - desiring the Armor of Sol from Loki - condemns the two women to death, and Hildegarde is shot protecting America once again. This time America defeats the soldiers surrounding them while Hildegarde composes herself, and the two injured heroes valiantly assault the opposing army before a third party of rebels arrive and repel the forces. Hildegarde is attended to by the rebel field medic, and the two women join the rebel army in a final assault on the queen's castle.

In the assault, America and Hildegarde trick the queen into destroying the armor, save for one shard. The armor was revealed to have been a gift passed down to Loki from Odin, and upon the All-Father's death Loki wished to honor him among the stars. The trio teleport to deep space and release the shard into the starry ocean, attracting cosmic fish who swim alongside their Norse ship.

Warriors Four

As an official member of the now-dubbed Warriors Four, Hildegarde joins Volstagg, Fandral and Hogun in various battles. When a Bedlam-infected Darkoth tears through one of Loki's portals and attacks an Asgardian housing district, Hildegarde and the Warriors Four stand in defence of the civilians. Later the Four are seen defending Asgard against Skrymir: Grand Wizard of Jotunheim, who commands a group of Frost Giants against Asgard. Their efforts are praised by All-Father Thor, who soars into battle alongside the quartet and and dispatches Skrymir with his mighty Mjolnir.
