Hurricane appears as a main character. During the escape with Charade and Codec, Makoto is forced to leave them behind. He runs to find the only person he thinks could help save his friends, Iron Man. As the Avengers are facing HYDRA and the Red Skull to gather more information, Makoto sneaks away and finds his friends on his own. Outside the cell, he runs into his friend, Twister, who threatens Chloe and Adi, but once Makoto reasons with him, Bruno (Twister) drops his guard and begins to understand the ways of his friend.
