Isabelle Hartley was Victoria Hand's girlfriend during Dark Reign who like her girlfriend, is also a member of S.H.I.E.L.D. Isabelle objected to Victoria's complaints to Nick Fury's leadership, but after Victoria's refusal to stop, Isabelle ended their relationship believing that Victoria was going further into a path of treason.

Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D

Isabelle Hartley appears twice in the show's second season being played by Lucy Lawless. She was in a relationship with Lance Hunter. Hartley was a new agent of S.H.I.E.L.D, who died in her first mission being killed by the Absorbing Man after crashing into their car.

With Lance being the sole survivor, he continued Isabelle's legacy, making a deal with Glenn Talbot to give her a pardon and proper funeral in exchange for information on agents.

Isabelle would return later in the season part of a flashback, where she mentions Victoria Hand as "Vicky" which according to showrunners was an intentional reference to their romance, which they didn't want to address with both queer woman being dead at the point. Isabelle is revealed to have been apart of the second S.H.I.E.L.D with Bobbi and Mack, having been sent to spy on Coulson's team.
