It! was a villain faced by Namor, the Sub-Mariner and the US Navy. Although a one off villain, It! served to further increase the animosity and mistrust between Namor and the humans.

A barrel of radioactive waste is dumped in the ocean and leaks into an ancient crevice to awaken It! - a creature who had been asleep for countless centuries, his origin lost in the long forgotten past.

It!'s only appearance was in Tales To Astonish #92 (June 1967). He was created by Stan Lee and Dan Adkins.
