Jonathan Lumus is the brother of Stanley Lumus. Once he found out his brother died in battle with Power Man and Iron Fist, he vowed vengeance on them. He wore a version of his brother's armor and used the same type of bazooka. However he was tricked to a confrontation with Gordy. The latter's ability to disrupt electronic devices allowed him to shut down Lumus' armor.
