Brief History
Judy Harmon was a love interest to Robert Louis Drake (later Iceman) during his early teen years. He was out on a date with her when a local gang under Rocky Beasely attacked them. The others held Robert while Rocky tried to force himself on Judy. Robert suddenly encased Rocky in a block of ice, using his powers for the first time. Judy run away, terrified of Robert.
