Karinna Rose and her husband Sergei were collecting information on Japanese activities near China when they where captured by the Red Skull. There, in a Nazi prison, she met Captain America and with him and help of the Invaders she escaped. But the Nazi's killed her husband. After many years she received a letter from the president George W. Bush for her contribution in the war effort. This was a request of Captain America.
