Origin
Killer Thrill had a physically traumatizing childhood. Her father often had their robot servants beat her within an inch of her life. This was to help hone her combat psionics, psychic abilities that were only active when Killer Thrill was fighting. She eventually went into business with her best friend, Ora, as guns for hire, but Ora determined Killer Thrill was too dangerous and had her left for dead on one of their missions.
Creation
Killer Thrill first appears in Drax #6 by CM Punk, Cullen Bunn, and Scott Hepburn. She also appeared the Deadpool series Back in Black which takes place back in 1984, thus making some of her Major Story Arcs happen before her first appearance.

Killer Thrill was hired by The Collector to retrieve the Venom symbiote on Earth for his collection. She came to Earth right after Spider-Man had rejected the Venom symbiote in the church, but before the symbiote had chosen Eddie Brock as its new host. For a short time, it had actually bonded to Deadpool.
With her two alien assistants, they lured Venom out of hiding by kidnapping Spider-Man and using him as bait. Unfortunately, Thrill was no match for Deadpool with a symbiote upgrade. One of her alien assistants was killed, and she lost her left arm. She was forced to go back to The Collector where he offered him her remaining alien assistant and promised to wipe out the rest of his planet so that he was the last of his kind. The Collector considered it.
Hunting Drax the Destroyer
For more information see: Drax: The Children's Crusade
Killer Thrill (with a Groot-arm replacing her missing one) and her space pirates were hunting Drax the Destroyer after a bounty was put on him and then one of the children in his charge. Once the bounties were off the table, Thrill kept chasing Drax for the dragon egg that was in his possession. She had initially been hired by Makluans, who wanted their youngling back.
She was distracted when she found her old friend Ora in Drax's company. The two former friends fought with Killer Thrill coming out on top, but Drax and some of his allies got the drop on her. She used her combat psionics on Pip the Troll and took control of his teleportation, managing to take the young dragon for herself.
Drax eventually chased her down, retrieving the dragon and ripping the Groot-arm from her body. Ultimately, she was shown some mercy as a special request from Ora.
Poison-X
Killer Thrill was now bonded to a symbiote as was the other members of her alien mercenary group. She had bought them from a space arms dealer named Haze Mancer. They had kidnapped Corsair and his Starjammers to sell to the highest bidder. After getting an especially high bid from The Brood, Thrill had her team head for Broodspace so they could make the deal.
Unfortunately, Corsair going missing got the attention of his son, Cyclops, the Earth hero, and his friends, The X-Men. They had teamed up with Venom to track Thrill down through space. After losing a psychic battle to Jean Grey, Thrill retreated and regrouped. When she was reconfronted by Jean, the two were ambushed by Poisons and transformed.
As a Poison, Killer Thrill would travel to Earth where she started to transform superheroes and lead them against others. She was last seen getting ganged up on by kaijus courtesy of Kid Kaiju.
