Biography
Kite was an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D assigned to Project: Contingency to guard against mutant threats. He, along with the rest of his team, went rogue, and started carrying out criminal operations at the behest of their commanding officer, Rapture. The Contingency clashed with Captain America and Wolverine, and all of them except for Rapture were captured and imprisoned.
