Ruler of Rhun, the greatest of the Black Stars. Though leadership of Rhun seems to be restricted to 1 klarn (a decade). Thor is as small as a gnat compared to this guy.
When he is attacked by Thor, he summons Dracus to find out why the caretakers of their giant planet-destroying vacuums are rebelling. When he realizes how much destruction they are causing, he decides to stop the vacuums and free the android-caretakers.
