Lady Tuvia belongs to the royal family of The Black Sea People. She appeared during a fight between Namor, Spider-Man and Daredevil looking for a champion to represent her people against Turulla, a powerful mutant telepath bent on conquering. Deeming only Namor and Spider-Man to be strong enough, she transports them away to her city to face the challenge.
Creation
Lady Tuvia was created by writer Gerry Conway and artist Gene Colan. She first appeared in the story "And So Enters The Amazing Spider-Man" in Daredevil #77 (Jun. 1971).
