Lavender was the woman who shot Fred Davis, who was Bucky to the 3rd Captain America, Jeff Mace. Mace originally suspected his friend aka Miss Patriot b/c of the fragrance she wore, but Lavender admitted to shooting Davis and Mace brought her down.
