Leash is a member of the Savage Land Mutates. She and the rest of her team were genetically enhanced by Magneto, during his stint as the lord of the Savage Land. He did this in order to give them an edge over the Fall People, and keep them under control.

Leash is one of the younger members of the team and first appeared in "X-Treme X-Men:Savage Land" #3 (January, 2002). She uses a psychic leash to bind the psyches and souls of other people to her will. Her thralls are released whenever she looses consciousness. Uncertain if Leash must remain constantly awake in order to maintain control of her victims.
