Rebecca Littlehale is a mutant with the ability to teleport to where ever she sees a light. She has little or no control over this power, so she wears sun glasses to keep herself in one place. She was discovered as a mutant when her sunglass where knocked off and she instantly teleported onto a bridge.
She was found by Power Pack, and taken home. The next day she was kidnapped by the Boogyman, and was rescued by Power pack and the New Mutants.
It is unkown if Lighttrakker retains her powers after M-Day.
