M'Duul is from the planet M'Ndavi. He is the peacekeeper general of the Charter, an organization of peaceful planets that coexist with one another. He is stationed aboard the Charter's massive ship known as the Hub that recruits other civilized worlds into their organization.
 
M'Duul was killed along with all other ambassadors aboard the Hub by a virus created by Lord Votan. When his body was returned to M'Ndavi the virus spread throughout his entire race and killed them all.
