Origin

Mark Booth and his wife, April Booth were well known scientist who were curious of the power Jack of Hearts once possessed, but due to his death long time ago, they couldn't get any answers on how his powers worked along. They also were interested with the possibility of turning into Hulks.

Mark and April decided to work together to find a way to bring Jack of Hearts back using the same gamma energy that once powered Jack, however the process of bringing him back and trying to turn themselves into hulks resulted in mutating the married couple.

Mark physically became bigger and lost his intelligence, while his wife kept hers. Mark and April started looking for a cure, which April discovered was She-Hulk, since she was the "Perfect hulk", being strong as hulk but in full control. This was something Mark and April wanted. Therefore they created a long line of schemes in order to catch her, but before they could even try Jack got loose.

Major Story Arcs

During a walk, Mark spotted Jack of Hearts and out of nowhere attacked him. April needed to stop Mark, but the sounds of the fight resulted in She-Hulk investigating the couple. Eventually they managed to kidnap She-Hulk, and Jack. The couple tried to cure themselves with the combination of the two heroes, however while the process did cure Mark of his mutation, he didn't become a hulk but instead just a regular person again. April however took all of the radiation, becoming an out of control monster. Breaking Mark's heart as she ran away.
