Mike Pearse was a NYPD detective, and partner of Andy Seifert. After discovering that his partner was doing a drug deal with another dirty cop named Leary due to him not being able to pay his morgage due to gambling debts, Mike vowed to help him. When confronting Leary Mike told him that Andy was finished supplying him with drugs. This lead to a gun fight which lead to the death of Mike, Leary, and Andy.
