Origin

Murder is a member of Shatterforce along with her other teammates, Warhead and Strangler. Shatterforce is ordered by the Consortium to eliminate Nova after he prevented a satellite theft and was responsible for their setback. Murder and the rest of Shatterforce located Nova by tracing the particle charges left on his costume during his firefight with the space pirates that were trying to steal the satellite. Richard Rider and his two friends, Caps Cooper and Bernie Dillon were barbecuing outside a cabin when they were attacked by Shatterforce. Nova engaged the villain trio while his two friends took cover. Murder hits Nova with her nerve rays, causing temporary paralysis. Nova gets pummeled by Warhead and Strangler when Murder slashes the human rocket with an energized strike. Nova plays possum when his two friends hijack the villain's Spincraft and allows Rider enough time to recover. Strangler goes after the ship while Murder and Warhead engage Nova. Murder is incapacitated when Nova takes her down with a powerful eye blast.

Creation

Murder was created by Chris Marrinan in 1994 and first appeared in Nova # 8.

Powers & Abilities

Murder can emit nerve rays from her hands that can cause temporary paralysis and severe damage to any living organism. Her touch is very deadly and she slashes her enemies with an energized strike during close quarter encounters.
