Mutate 24-601 was an inhabitant of Genosha, an island nation that enslaved mutants like himself. He contracted the Legacy Virus but rather than die in hospital he escaped to the sewers underneath. He was found by Multiple Man just before he passed away, but unfortunately, Multiple Man contracted the Legacy Virus from him.
