Myrmidon was the guardian of the super-computer know as Overseer. He was defeated when Iron Man reprogrammed Myrmidon and Overseer to destroy each other.
Years later Him and Overseer were rebuilt by Veronica Eden, who assumed her and Overseer were in a relationship, they entered a conflict with Iron Man and Captain America. Overseer eventually betrayed Eden and she was forced to team up with the heroes to defeat the robots.
