Origin

Qaari Beck is the nephew of Mysterio (technically, Qaari's mother is Mysterio's cousin). Quentin and Qaari's mother were very close when they were kids, so when Quentin died briefly, his possessions were left to his favorite nephew. Qaari designed his own identity based on Mysterio but branded himself as a Robin Hood type, stealing expensive medicines from rich companies to give to the sick and poor.

Major Story Arcs

Sinister Six

After a run-in with Aaron Fischer, Qaari was recruited by Squid Kid for his new Sinister Six. Their first action was to break into OsCorp and kidnap Stanley Osborn for the goblin formula written into his genetics. Mysteriant was one of the members who was not happy kidnapping a child.

Stanley's brother, Normie, was a student at the Avengers Academy and talked his fellow cadets into recuing his brother. Since he and Aaron were starting up a romantic relationship, Mysteriant worked with the cadets to set up an illusion to save Stanley and bankrupt Squid Kid. Ultimately, this convinced the rest of the Sinister Six recruits to abandon Squid Kid.

Arnie Roth Community Center

When not stealing from the rich, Qaari participated in the HIV+ Support group at the Arnie Roth Community Center for the LGBTQ+ community, named for Captain America's childhood friend. Under the guise of a traditional values social media influencer, Sin, daughter of the Red Skull, convinced a number of homophobes to protest the community center.

Some of the pushier protestors broke through the front door with a gun and explosives. Thankfully, Aaron's force field stood up physically against them. Dazed, he was soon joined by Kid Juggernaut. He asked Justin to help evacuate people, while he cleared the rest of the building. He would find Sin on the roof attacking Qaari.

Aaron would fight Sin, but she was better trained them him. He was able to knock a detonator out of her hand and delay a larger attack. Thankfully, Qaari snuck away and put his tech expertise to good use disarming the bomb. When the duo were joined by Kid Juggernaut on the roof, Sin made her escape by helicopter.
